Had tickets to Steely Dan at Bethel woods postponed to 7/4/21

Bethel woods says you are eligible for refund. They try to b send you to a company to sell your tickets with commission. Need to be investigated .Especially during these times

Show was cancelled for may 1st received an email a month after on june4th that my concert was cancelled and i would receive a refund within 30 daya and its going on two months no with no refund being returned, no-one answering the phones or emailing me back!

Terrible phone service, can never get to a live person, you call the # and you wait on hold for more than an hour and even after an hour no live person comes to the phone.

I was so thankful the weather cleared just in time for the concert. Quite lucky!!

I got there early and parking went smoothly (I was leary from past reviews I had read)! Sitting under the pavilion was nice & seats were pretty good. Its VERY ODD that the seats are not staggered for better visibility so you can see between the people in front of you. No, I had a very large man directly in front of me, which was discouraging!

Steely Dan & Doobie Brothers were awesome! They played all the hits & everyone sang & danced in the aisles! Crowd was behaved, from what I saw. My friend bailed on me, so I had to go alone (didn't choose to get the ticket insurance either, but she didn't mind).

Fun night, but hated it was on a Monday. A weekend would've been way better, especially for those of us who live over an hour away!

I’m worried my tickets arnt legit, today was presale only and when I purchased them they never asked for my pre sale code. I’m just scared we’ll show up and not have valid tickets

I purchased two concert tickets from Front Row Tickets. There is free parking at the venue.

When I did not receive my tickets, I called Front Row and they told me I purchased parking tickets. They told me if I wanted a refund, I would have to call another company. They gave me a non-working phone number for this company.

Do not get ripped off by Font Row Tickets. Purchase from a legitimate source!!

Ordered tickets through their website in December, 2018 and it's now 2 days before the concert and we still have no tickets. All they will say is that it's the seller's responsibility and there is nothing they can do to help. Perhaps they should screen who they allow to sell tickets through them instead of worrying about the almighty dollar.

I clicked on the tickets I wanted, the site was slow and not very responsive made my purchase immediately after my purchase i noticed they were the wrong tickets I called the operator was nice but said all sales were final,so upset at this.

Recently, I started going to Sharks games as well. Their promotions only come after I purchased the ticket but they give a conditional basis wherein you get $50 off your next purchase or $50 off of the ticket but you have to go through a grueling process.

So, I turn down whatever promotion was offered after the sale. I just want to buy and get my ticket and I’m happy to enjoy whatever event I’m going to.The staff are easy to work with and efficient; they are doing an awesome job!

We ordered tickets to see Jim Gaffigan several months before the show. My wife went on line and searched for tickets.

Front Row popped up and had the tickets. She ordered them, and paid $167 each plus a hefty service charge. We thought that’s just what the cost. Fast forward, I pull the tickets out before the show.

The face value was $69 each. We called front tow and they said that’s just the way it works and there was nothing they could do.

The referred us to mytickettracket.com, who also said tough.

Before you buy ticket from these crooks, do your homework. They will gouge you terribly.

It is noon game starts at 1:15 and we still do not have the tickets. 4 times I have called today.

We wanted to relax on vacation I am on the phone. All 4 times I would have them in 30 minuets. The 5th time I called talked to manager let him know my purchase agreement says tickets will be sent to us 24 hrs before event. Asked for a refund because they did not hold up to commitment.

We are told no refund please hold, then someone else promised tickets will be coming soon the person that transfers tickets doesn’t come in until after noon.

Still no tickets and this company just says sorry and hangs up. Awful experience we will not recommend this company to anyone.

Ticket buying was easy. The seating chart was very confusing so I didn't get the seats I was hoping for but being able to print them out from my email was nice.

But no one even checked our tickets upon entering. Everything turned out good except they only had two doors open letting people in so we were standing outside in 30 degrees with our 3 year old for 30 minutes. Got in just in time to use the restroom and sit down.

Very long and entertaining show. Will return.Everything about my experience with FrontRowTickets was good.Definitely will be buying tickets through FrontRowTickets.com again in the future!Very good game with a lot of emotions.
