I have purchased tickets from them for 2 shows in alpine valley this summer. I have received my tickets for the 1st of 3 shows at this venue.
Many others have received their tickets for the other shows over a month a ago. One order I have have instant delivery e-Tix and the other is mailed. However, I haven’t received either yet. You will need to be very careful ordering tickets from this company as the sellers they work with have little regard for your personal time or even if you get the tickets in a timely manner.
These tickets should have been in my hands weeks ago. However I have been calling in for help from them for over 2 weeks now. Asking what the status is and why I haven’t received my tickets that their seller is holding on to for no reason at all. It first when they told me it was a “24 hour security hold” I questioned it.
As why would thousands of other people have access to tickets and my tickets seem to be soooooo special they needed a security hold on them. I realized it was just a line to get me to Hangup. They actually have zero contact with the seller and have no idea if I will get my tickets or not. So here I am, 2 weeks out from the shows I’m going to see.
I’ve spent 800 dollars on tickets with this company and all they are doing is protecting their seller who has had these tickets for over month and will not release them to me. The customer who has paid them 800 dollars. After multiple calls they will not cancel my order and ship me tickets from a reliable vender who will ship them out immediately. Even though I told them I don’t care the price is lower than what I paid.
In short, they only care about their seller.
They don’t care about you as a buyer.
You will need to exercise EXTREME caution when purchasing your tickets with this company.
I will update this if they someone make this right.....I wouldn’t hold my breath for that day. I’m not holding mine that they will actually deliver the tickets as promised at this point because I would have received them already if they were as reputable as they claim.

Curious about tickets I just bought.
There's nothing to worry about, whether you bought presale or regular sale tickets. I have used these guys over twenty times and never had a problem.
They have been around since before stubhub and were in the secondary market before ticketmaster, which, by the way, ticketmaster is now in the resale market too, which is total bs.
How can they resell tickets the same day they go onsale? But whatever, you will not have a problem with these guys they are solid.

It's much more fun for them to get on the internet and write a nastygram. If they would be more truthful it would be clear that they had a good experience.

I was so thankful the weather cleared just in time for the concert. Quite lucky!!
I got there early and parking went smoothly (I was leary from past reviews I had read)! Sitting under the pavilion was nice & seats were pretty good. Its VERY ODD that the seats are not staggered for better visibility so you can see between the people in front of you. No, I had a very large man directly in front of me, which was discouraging!
Steely Dan & Doobie Brothers were awesome! They played all the hits & everyone sang & danced in the aisles! Crowd was behaved, from what I saw. My friend bailed on me, so I had to go alone (didnt choose to get the ticket insurance either, but she didnt mind).
Fun night, but hated it was on a Monday. A weekend wouldve been waaaay better, especially for those of us who live over an hour away!

So your internet was slow, but not slow enough to prevent you from screwing up and ordering the wrong tickets. Then after you ordered the wrong tickets, and per the terms and conditions all sales are final, no refunds, exchanges or cancellations, just like Ticketmaster, you are somehow mad at the website?
That makes no sense. Not their fault.

Seems like a sketchy operation. Address is a UPS store? The distribution of their reviews is overwhelmingly one star or five stars (47% one stars v 48% five stars, which shows an effort to muffle the bad reviews.
